I noticed a difference the first hour after I wore them. Just to give you a example I rolled my ankle taking out the trash the other day and couldnt even walk at all, I put them on and the pain was gone and I was walking like normal!! Took them off and couldnt walk again, so what does that tell you?All I can say is they are worth the money and I have already bought a 2nd pair. Because if I can walk like normal and with no pain that is priceless to me!! I am the biggest skeptic but I am sold on these shoes!!
