I love nike 6.0 shoes -- lightweight, good stability, comfortable, and yet fashionable! I have a bad knee so I've been looking for a workout shoe that has a relatively flat heel with good stability which is very difficult to find. My physical therapist recommended this shoe and I couldn't be happier with it. I do agree with several of the other reviews in that it does run a half size small. I ordered my original size at first and had to return them for a half size up. Would definitely recommend this shoe.
